Bike Wars 2008 - Copenhagen

Bike Wars is part of this punk festival called Shit Town. They have workshops where people weld bike parts together to make mutant bikes.
Then they battle it out in different categories such as

Yummy

On our usual trip to Taj Stores, I was set the task
of hunting down some tea supplements.
Rather than picking up the Rich Teas or Marylands,
these Fox's shortcake Sports caught the eye.
Each biscuit features "a variety of your FAVOURITE sports".
They got one sport.
This is defiantly a Bob Jackson fixed wheel bike with carbon fibre wheels.
If Fox's Biscuits see this post how about some beach volleyball or table tennis?

Cycleshow
Went to the cycle show on Saturday.
There were some lovely, weird and wonderful bikes.

there were ones with crazy front forks,

there was one with wooden rims
and a belt rather than chain.
My favourite was this fixed wheel, the design had been unaltered for 50 years.
this one was an artist edition, illustrator Barry McGee.
